The Wolf is a really fast creature and is similar to a werewolf rather than a typical wolf. Like the Mad Ogre, this creature should be avoided until the player is ready to head out to Ratayu (after Vidna gets the Mist). Otherwise the battles can be quite difficult.
The special move from the Wolf, called Terror Scream, will stun the targeted character (using "fear").
