As mentioned in the information of Guardian, the Ghost Knight uses the V-windhash move, but it is really dangerous and powerful. Considering the Sol was actually at war with Conkram in the past, it makes sense as to where the Ghost Knight came from.
Also note that it does indeed have a new move, called Neo-windhash, which is much stronger than the old V-Windhash. It can easily knock a player out if they have less than 700HP.
