Your first encounter against Songi will not have you actually battling against him, but rather these two Viguro. He summons them to fight against you, and yes, it is possible to capture them like regular Seru. They can sure be helpful, too, if you do catch them! And just like the Golem (Boss), these guys will not be affected by Noa's move, Tough Love.
