The Azul Velra is a combination of the Alza Dorgue and the Arus Auge. There's nothing too scary about the creature except it just has the same special attacks as the Arus Auge, so watch out for the chain blast and mesmerize. It's quite powerful with the amount of HP it has, but it should be a rather simple enemy to defeat.
