The overall damage per attack from the Baki Master is not that high, but they deal so many attacks at once that the total damage inflicted is just as powerful as the other monsters in the area. Also, they have a high defense which makes many attacks seem worthless as they're blocked!
Another thing about the Baki Master is that they "call for help". This means that when they use their special attack, Come on out!, an extra Baki Master is called to the battle!
