Out of the four creatures that roam the Sewers, the Evil Fly is the easiest of them. The Evil Fly will use weak attacks, is easy to kill because of its lack of HP and defense, and has no significant special attacks except Poison and Evil Scream. The former rarely ever poisons any of the characters, and the latter will paralyze the character targeted. But if that person is struck again from an enemy, they'll immediately come out of paralysis.
