The colors of each enemy can be determined by the colored robe, like previously. In this case, Purple is for Thunder, Red is for Fire, and Blue is for Water. Use their elements to your advantage in order to defeat them early on in battle. Compared to previously, the Lazur Ma Rah is rather a simple and quick opponent to defeat in Demiurge Tower. They should be nothing more than an annoyance when you run into them, so just defeat them with the party member that can do the most damage when you can.
