This is a very unique and hard creature to run into through Demiurge Tower. However, if you do run into it, be very cautious for it's a very powerful creature and isn't something to joke around with. It has a lot of HP and MP, but also inflicts an immense amount of damage to the party. Immediately use a variable art if you're able to. Otherwise, pound it with the strongest attacks that you can muster.
Also, if you haven't noticed the name of the creature already, it takes on the name of two well-known characters in Legend of Legaia. Val was the father of Vahn and Noa (without the h) was the girl who joined the party to rescue the world from the Mist. Another thing to note is how Valnoah uses wind attacks, the main element to Noa in Legend of Legaia. Whether this is mere coincidence or intentional, it's nonetheless interesting.
