Haddam is the first Weapons shop that you'll encounter in Legaia 2. If you have played the first game a lot, you may notice that the Weapons/Armor store is now also containing Accessories. In the previous game, all Accessories were held by the merchants who sold regular Items. At first it seems really uneven, but later Shops in the game will show that it makes perfect sense!
